Job Role

The Logistics Outreach Specialist will prospect new leads, conduct outbound calls, and build relationships with logistics companies and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective logistics clients in English and Spanish.
  • Presents and promotes logistics solutions to generate qualified leads.
  • Builds and maintains strong client relationships through professional communication.
  • Documents all interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Collaborates with the logistics team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
  • Meets and exceeds daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Requirements
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or business development (logistics industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Handles objections and converts prospects into opportunities.
  • Works comfortably in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficient with CRM tools and call tracking systems.
  • Must be able to work US business hours.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or logistics are an advantage.
