Job Description

As a Senior Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in streamlining daily operations across the warehouse, logistics, store movement, and vendor coordination to ensure timely order execution, minimizing delays and errors.

You will work closely with internal teams (sales, business development, design, and logistics) to track client order progress and projects.

In this role, you will oversee vendor performance, procurement timelines, and inventory movement to maintain reorder levels for fast-moving SKUs.

  • Analyze Reports: Maintain and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales orders, dispatches, delivery timelines, vendor SLAs, stock levels, cost optimization, and more.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Share accurate dashboards with management to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Automate Reports: Use Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BI to automate manual reports wherever possible.

Process Improvement & SOP Adherence:

  • Ensure SOP Compliance: Verify all standard operating procedures across operations and backend are being followed.
  • Identify Inefficiencies: Propose system/process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Onboard New Processes: Assist in onboarding new processes/tools for better operations tracking.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Operations, Commerce, or Business Management.
  • Experience: 3–6 years of experience in Operations or MIS, preferably in retail/interiors/logistics/furniture domain.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent command over MS Excel, VLOOKUP, Pivot, and basic data analysis; familiarity with ERP tools (Zoho, SAP, Tally, or similar).
