Job Title: Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects

• Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns to engage prospective clients and nurture existing leads

• Articulate the value proposition of our IT products/services and negotiate initial objections

• Achieve quota of highly qualified leads per month and convert them into opportunities

• Work effectively in a dynamic environment, utilizing CRM tools, email tools, and database tools to maximize phone time and leverage sales metrics

• Utilize IT software, technology, and modern tools effectively in business development processes

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience in business development, lead qualification, telesales, or inside sales in a B2B outbound environment

• Domestic/International calling experience is mandatory

• Fluency in regional languages (Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, etc.) is preferred

• MBA in Sales and Marketing is always preferred

• Proven track record of achieving measurable goals (number of appointments, lead quality, etc.)

• Experience in generating executive-level leads for Enterprise Companies

• Experience in inside sales, BPO outbound calling

• Knowledge and experience working with Salesforce.com, Discover.org, One Source, Inside View, and Apollo

• Proficient in using Sales Navigator and Email Marketing

• Expert in Zoom, Google, Microsoft Teams, or other Virtual Conferencing Tools and Microsoft Office
