Overview
The ideal candidate will oversee and manage B2B relationships with educational institutions, ensuring consistent engagement and smooth communication. Key responsibilities include business growth and expansion, onboarding new colleges and universities, training and development, performance tracking and reporting, and CRM handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Oversee and manage the B2B relationships with educational institutions like colleges and universities.
- Ensure consistent engagement and smooth communication with clients.
- Business Growth & Expansion: Take ownership of growth in your designated region.
- Work on strategies to onboard new clients (colleges & universities) and ensure sustainable growth.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Onboarding New Colleges and Universities: Lead the onboarding process of new educational institutions.
- Help institutions understand how our platform can enhance their services.
- Manage and support the institutions during the initial stages of adoption.
- Training & Development: Provide necessary training and support to clients, ensuring they are well-equipped to use the platform.
- Maintain and manage CRM systems to track progress, client issues, and feedback.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Regularly analyze growth metrics and ensure goals are met.
- Share timely updates with internal teams and clients about performance, issues, and opportunities.
- CRC Handling: Maintain CRM systems and ensure all information is updated and accurate. Handle client queries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
