Job Title: Program Manager

We are seeking a strategic business PMO professional to work closely with senior leadership. This role focuses on program governance, reporting, and customer engagement tracking, ensuring visibility and alignment across B2B sales initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design executive-level presentations for B2B Sales customer meetings and leadership sessions by analyzing customer engagement data across sales teams and business units.
  • Prepare weekly/quarterly business reports for the CEO Office by coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Track key sales programs and initiatives, ensuring timely follow-ups and execution support.
  • Support senior leadership in strategic decision-making through clear, data-driven insights.
Key Requirements
  • MBA preferred (Engineering/Technical background is a plus).
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B Sales program management, corporate strategy, consulting, or sales operations.
  • B2B Sales experience (exposure to customer-facing business environments).
  • Strong expertise in PowerPoint and Excel (executive storytelling + data representation).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced, high-visibility projects.
