**Job Title:** Business Development & Revenue Generation Head
As a seasoned business leader, you will be responsible for driving regional growth through strategic planning and execution. Your expertise in new client development, sales, and leadership will enable you to:
- Lead regional business expansion by developing effective strategies and overseeing their implementation.
- Foster partnerships with mid-size multinational corporations across various sectors, including consumption, healthcare, and new economy verticals.
- Maximize revenue across the region through proactive sales initiatives and teamwork.
- Mentor and develop a team of IT recruitment experts to achieve key business objectives.
- Oversee staffing and recruitment operations, including contract hiring for SAP and IT positions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts.
Candidate Profile:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional with:
- At least 4 years of experience in new client development for IT/SAP recruitment and contract staffing.
- A proven track record of maximizing revenue with a strong sales background.
- Strong leadership skills, preferably as a Regional/Business Head for IT staffing.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, commitment to long-term goals, and high level of intelligence and maturity.
- The ability to think strategically, demonstrate optimism, and possess a global perspective.
