Job Title:
We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Growth Strategist to drive business expansion and profitability. This pivotal role requires overseeing all aspects of the organization, driving revenue growth, and managing key performance indicators.
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for revenue growth and profitability.
- Bolster and lead high-performing teams to achieve business objectives.
- Pursue new market opportunities and devise plans for customer base expansion.
- Create and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
- Maintain product development initiatives, including ideation, design, and launch.
- Foster seamless collaboration between cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage organizational performance, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Identify and mitigate key business risks, such as competitive threats and market fluctuations.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- At least 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
- Preferably experienced in the Ed-tech industry.
- Demonstrated business acumen and financial management skills, with experience managing key performance indicators for a business unit.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the capacity to develop and execute complex business plans.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias towards action and a willingness to take calculated risks.
