Job Title:

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Growth Strategist to drive business expansion and profitability. This pivotal role requires overseeing all aspects of the organization, driving revenue growth, and managing key performance indicators.

  • Manage organizational performance, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Identify and mitigate key business risks, such as competitive threats and market fluctuations.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Preferably experienced in the Ed-tech industry.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and financial management skills, with experience managing key performance indicators for a business unit.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the capacity to develop and execute complex business plans.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias towards action and a willingness to take calculated risks.
