  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales targets and revenue growth for the organization.
  • Manage distributor, dealer, and channel partner networks to achieve maximum revenue.
  • Implement company pricing, discount, and incentive policies to ensure compliance.
Branch Operations & Administration
  • Manage day-to-day branch operations, including billing, collections, stock, and logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, financial discipline, and reporting standards.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, motivate, and monitor the team to achieve business goals.
  • Train team members on products, software solutions, and sales processes to enhance their skills.
Customer & Market Engagement
  • Strengthen relationships with key distributors, dealers, and large clients.
  • Address customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure all transactions follow company compliance frameworks.
  • Prepare MIS reports and present data to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Graduate/MBA in Business Administration or related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in Sales/Branch Management.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Biometric devices, IT hardware, security systems, or B2B distribution experience.
