Job Title: Senior Construction Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The Senior Construction Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing and coordinating construction activities, including site preparation, installation, and testing.
  • Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Developing and implementing project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of project progress, including cost tracking, timeline management, and quality control measures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful as a Senior Construction Manager, you should possess:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on commercial or industrial projects.
  • Proven track record of managing complex construction projects, with experience in risk management, cost control, and quality assurance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
