Job Title: Construction Site Manager

As a skilled Site Engineer, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish.

  • You will work closely with the project team, subcontractors, and construction workers to ensure that the project progresses efficiently, meets quality and safety standards, and adheres to project plans and schedules.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in BTech/ BE Civil Engineering and 0-4 years of experience in construction management. They should possess strong problem-solving and communication skills, as well as knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution: Oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities, ensuring alignment with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Quality Control: Monitor work on-site to ensure it meets quality and safety standards, as well as any regulatory requirements.
  • Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols and practices to ensure a secure work environment.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to allocate resources efficiently.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical guidance, resolve engineering issues, and make decisions related to construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Site Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including daily progress reports, site diaries, and change orders.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve unexpected issues that may arise during construction.
  • Client Communication: Keep clients informed about project progress, address their concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to verify work quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.

Your success in this role will depend on your ability to work effectively with diverse teams, prioritize tasks, and maintain open communication channels.
