Tandem Search is a boutique executive search firm with a strong track record of supporting top-tier strategy consulting firms, financial institutions, and corporates across APAC and the Middle East.

We are seeking a high-calibre Research Associate to join our global team and support Partner- and C-suite-level searches.

The Role
  • Support senior mandates across APAC and the ME region by creating detailed market maps and talent pipelines.
  • Conduct introductory and screening calls with senior candidates to identify potential talent.
  • Deliver in-depth research and insights on firms, markets, and talent pools to inform client decisions.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team on global partner-level mandates to drive successful outcomes.
Requirements
  • Experience working with a SHREK firm or comparable executive search/consulting environment.
  • Background in global consulting or strategy recruitment preferred.
  • Exceptional research and analytical skills to produce structured, actionable insights.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; additional Asian or Middle Eastern languages are an asset.
  • A self-driven individual who can thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
