Research Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing research plans, creating proposals that meet project briefs, and providing error-free insights and deliverables to clients.

  • Develop and execute research plans in accordance with project guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare robust and error-free material for field work launch, including brief notes, budgets, and show cards.

Field Work Material Preparation:

  • Design and develop questionnaires that meet client needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with scripting teams to digitalize questionnaires and ensure seamless data collection.

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Prepare analysis plans for simple projects by understanding data analysis, preparing basic code lists, and performing first-cut analysis.
  • Launch projects online in necessary software, ensuring efficient data collection and analysis.

Client Management Client Servicing:

  • Build strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Provide error-free insights and deliverables to clients, meeting their expectations and requirements.

Time Management:

  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Follow up with relevant support teams to ensure timely submission of client deliverables.

Collaboration:

  • Work independently and collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.

  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve business outcomes.
