Senior Business Manager
Job Description:We are seeking a seasoned Sales Leader to drive revenue growth and build impactful client relationships. As a Senior Manager – Business Development (Sales), you will take ownership of lead generation, sales funnel management, proposals, and closures.
This is an individual contributor role where you will prepare and deliver impactful proposals, presentations, and tailored solutions for clients. You will also be responsible for driving new client acquisition while nurturing existing BFSI & Fintech relationships.
- End-to-end ownership of lead generation, funnel management & closures.
- Prepare & deliver impactful proposals, presentations, and tailored solutions for clients.
- Drive new client acquisition while nurturing existing BFSI & Fintech relationships.
- Draft & respond to RFPs effectively.
- Strong grasp of contracting and commercial negotiations.
- Maintain & track a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accuracy in reporting.
- Collaborate with EVP – Sales on strategies to achieve quarterly & annual targets.
- Stay ahead by monitoring market trends, competitor activities & business opportunities.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 8–12 years of proven experience in Corporate Sales within BFSI / Fintech / SaaS.
- Hands-on expertise in proposals, funnel management & direct sales conversions.
- Strong networking ability & proven track record in individual lead closures.
- Excellent communication, client engagement & negotiation skills.
- A self-driven go-getter who thrives in a target-driven, high-growth environment.
