This is a high-profile business development role where you will lead the strategic development and execution of our online business.
Responsibilities:
Drive revenue growth through sales, marketing, and business strategies while monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics. Plan, forecast, and report on sales, costs, and business performance according to company requirements.
- Develop strategies and plans for business expansion and future development.
- Guide product and pricing mix decisions.
- Oversee advertising and promotional strategy and activities.
- Manage costs and overheads, and all factors affecting profitable business performance.
Partner with multiple brands to drive business based on market research and past product performance. Drive quarterly reviews for key brands live on platform.
Define and communicate the unique value proposition of our brand, positioning us as a leader in the luxury e-commerce space.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform brand strategy and identify growth opportunities.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints. Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in brand management within the luxury retail or e-commerce industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, affiliate & email marketing and SEO/SEM.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives and engage diverse audiences.
