Job Opportunity

As a territory sales leader, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of sales experts to achieve business goals in the region.

  • Team Leadership & Guidance: Lead, coach, and develop a team of skilled sales professionals to boost motivation levels, reduce turnover, and enhance engagement.
  • Business Strategy Execution: Execute organizational sales strategies to attain business objectives in the region, including launching key marketing campaigns in coordination with the regional sales manager.
  • Target Segmentation: Implement effective HCP targeting to engage relevant healthcare professionals for products.
  • Performance Analysis & Planning: Analyze area performance using data sources like IQVIA to derive actionable insights, develop, and implement quarterly/annual expert activation plans.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), especially senior HCPs at national/state level, coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance market penetration.
  • Compliance & Ethics: Ensure adherence to industry standards and ethics.
Qualifications & Skills

For this role, we are looking for individuals with:

  • Education: Full-time MBA, M.Pharm, or M.Sc from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: 25 years of leadership experience, with industry experience in Pharma, Healthcare, Life Sciences, FMCG, or related fields preferred.
  • Key Skills: Leadership, Business Planning, Coaching & Mentoring, Data Analysis, Sales Strategy Execution, HCP Engagement, Compliance.
