
Regional Sales Development Manager

This role is accountable for the entire process of lead management, sales, and business development for the assigned region. Key responsibilities include ensuring 100% coverage in the designated territory, tracking key parameters, client acquisition campaigns, lead generation, and service delivery to ensure client retention.
Additional duties involve providing market intelligence, data analytics, and insights to support marketing initiatives and achieving targets in the designated areas. A strong focus on mapping new projects and brokers in designated territories and acquiring new projects and brokers is also essential.
Key qualifications for this role include a graduation or post-graduation degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B/channel sales, working experience in real estate, an outgoing personality, confidence, self-motivation, dexterity in creating and delivering presentations, resilience, persistence, passion for selling, and strong implementation skills.
