Key Account Management Position

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Executive – Corporate Business Accounts. The role involves managing and expanding corporate client portfolios, driving business growth, nurturing long-term partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities to expand accounts.
  • Negotiating contracts and overseeing account operations for seamless collaboration.
  • Developing compelling proposals and fostering impactful client engagement.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver customized solutions and long-term value.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing Corporate Accounts and building strong client relationships.
  • A strong background in Business Development, Sales, and Negotiation.
  • A solid understanding of IT Networking, AV Collaboration, and Surveillance/Security Solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
  • The ability to work proactively, independently, and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in the technology infrastructure services sector is highly desirable.
