Unlock New Opportunities as a PSU Relationship Manager
Hiring for a key role in corporate banking, focusing on Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) clients within the Mid-Market Group (MMG) segment.
Location: Ahmedabad / Gujarat
Job Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced professional to drive business growth through innovative solutions and products for our PSU clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate new PSU relationships and identify opportunities across lending, liability, transaction banking, treasury, and other corporate banking products.
- Develop tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of our PSU clients.
- Pursue revenue and profitability targets by acquiring and cross-selling suitable products.
- Maintain high credit quality, ensure compliance, and manage risk effectively in all interactions.
- Foster strong collaboration with internal stakeholders from credit, product, and operations teams.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in corporate/PSU relationship management or acquisition.
- In-depth knowledge of the PSU ecosystem, corporate banking products, and credit analysis.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and client acquisition skills.
- Preferrably an MBA/CA/Graduate with relevant banking experience.
