Corporate Sales Specialist Overview

This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Sales role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing corporate sales initiatives, developing business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Daily interactions with corporate clients involve understanding their needs, presenting lab services, and ensuring excellent customer service to secure long-term partnerships.

Requirements
  • CORPORATE SALES AND MANAGEMENT SKILLS: Proven ability to manage complex sales relationships and develop strategic business plans
  • Sales and Business Development skills: Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  • PROVEN NEGOTIATION SKILLS: Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable contract terms
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team: Collaborative mindset with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field: Minimum requirement for the position
  • Experience in the healthcare or diagnostics industry: A plus for the right candidate
