The Role

We're on the lookout for a Business Development Executive with 2–4 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client servicing. If you're confident, target-driven, and love building client relationships — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage with potential clients via calls, emails, and in-person networking

Pitch agency services clearly and confidently in English and Malayalam

Understand client requirements and suggest the right mix of branding/digital solutions

Follow up on leads and close business deals

Maintain your sales pipeline

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and handover

What We're Looking For

2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or similar client-facing roles

Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam

Strong ability to generate leads and convert them into clients

Confident, self-motivated, and result-oriented

Familiarity with digital marketing or branding services is a plus
