We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to develop, scale, and manage the Kalari fitness brand nationwide. The ideal candidate will combine strategic planning with hands-on execution to deliver an exceptional member experience and build a strong market presence.

Role - Business Head

Mandatory Industry - Retail Fitness

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute the expansion of fitness centers across India.
  • Design and implement innovative fitness programs rooted in Kalari traditions.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor fitness instructors and operational staff.
  • Oversee daily operations, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
  • Drive marketing and brand-building initiatives.
  • Maintain high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 7+ years' experience in retail fitness or wellness operations.
  • Proven track record in setting up and managing multi-location fitness centers.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and operational skills.
