We are looking for a Head of Marketing to drive brand growth, demand generation, and positioning for Cureocity in India and international markets. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can blend strategic thinking with creative execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the marketing vision & strategy – develop Cureocity's brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
- Lead integrated campaigns – ATL, BTL, digital, influencer, and experiential marketing across multiple channels.
- Build and manage a high-performing team – oversee creative, digital, and content functions.
- Leverage data-driven insights – optimise campaigns for lead generation, conversion, and brand recall.
- Strengthen premium brand image – create strategies to attract high-net-worth individuals, corporates, and premium market segments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally – work closely with Sales, Product, and Operations to align marketing with business goals.
- Manage marketing budgets – ensure maximum ROI through strategic allocation.
- Oversee digital presence – website, SEO/SEM, social media, PR, and online reputation management.
- Identify partnerships & sponsorship opportunities – collaborate with lifestyle brands, corporates, and healthcare providers.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head of Marketing or Marketing Lead in health-tech, premium fitness, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle sectors.
- Strong portfolio in digital and performance marketing, brand building, and campaign execution.
- Expertise in targeting premium and niche market segments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and creative thinking skills.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools, CRM systems (Odoo CRM preferred), and budget management.
- Passion for innovation in healthcare and wellness.
