The role of a Bancassurance Sales Officer is to acquire customers using the bank's database, walk-ins, and generated prospects. This involves cross-selling various financial products to bank customers, developing customer relationships, and managing employment under the insurance company's payroll.
Key Responsibilities:- Leads will be generated from the assigned bank.
- Cross-selling of various financial products to bank customers.
- Customer business development and relationship management.
- Employment will be under the payrolls of the insurance company.
- Make appointments, explore customers' financial needs (life-related investments & insurance needs), select appropriate products, gain customer agreement to purchase, and complete sales documentation accurately.
- Preference for candidates with experience in Life/Health/General Insurance.
- Acquire customers using the bank's database, walk-ins, and generated prospects.
- Responsible for sales completion by facilitating medical reports & ensuring prompt issuance of policy documents.
- Explore opportunities to develop new markets/segments in line with company's sales strategy.
- Support other Relationship Managers and bank sales team by coaching them on products, services, selling skills, accompanying them on client visits, and modeling relevant behavior.
- Candidates should have experience in Life/Health/General Insurance.
The candidate will be employed under the insurance company's payroll.
