
Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive plays a key role in driving the growth and success of the company by identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall sales strategy. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of the IT industry, and a proven track record in sales and business development.
Responsibility- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze market data to develop effective strategies for business expansion.
- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Qualify leads and prioritize opportunities based on company goals and objectives.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Sales Presentations and Proposals:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Develop and present detailed proposals that outline the company's products and services, tailored to meet client requirements.
- Negotiation and Closing Deals:
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable business agreements.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure successful deal closure.
- Pipeline Management:
- Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through various stages of the sales process.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline status and sales forecasts.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to align business development activities with overall company objectives.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in the IT industry.
- Good command of LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or IT field.
- Proven experience in business development and sales within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
