Telesales Executive

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to handle outbound sales calls, engage potential clients, and schedule business meetings. The ideal candidate will be confident on the phone, target-driven, and skilled in communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make a minimum of 60 connected calls per day to prospective clients.
- Generate interest and qualify leads through effective communication.
- Schedule at least 3 client meetings daily for the business development team.
- Maintain and update the call log and lead tracking sheet accurately.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication with clients.
- Work closely with the sales and admin teams to ensure smooth coordination.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and meeting targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate (any discipline) with 1–3 years of telesales or telemarketing experience.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude and good follow-up ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages a plus).
