Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and explain products/services.
  • Answer inbound customer calls and resolve queries related to products, services, or complaints.
  • Maintain a database of customer information, follow up on leads, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Schedule appointments for field sales executives and coordinate follow-ups.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Provide accurate and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Record feedback and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Work closely with the sales and service teams to enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum HSC (12th pass); Graduate preferred.
  • Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, customer service, or telesales.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Hindi, Gujarati, and English.
  • Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Polite, confident, and persuasive personality.
