The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential customers, and building strong client relationships. Primary responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, promoting the company's cold chain solutions, and achieving sales targets by effectively converting leads into clients. The role also involves maintaining regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and retaining long-term business partnerships. Qualifications - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effectively engaging with customers and addressing their specific needs. - Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales to identify opportunities and drive client acquisition. - Customer Support expertise for maintaining positive client relationships and resolving inquiries efficiently. - Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently. - Prior experience in telesales or a related field is beneficial. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
