**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **Telesales Executive** to join our growing sales team in Surat. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, and converting leads into sales. This is a great opportunity for freshers or individuals with up to 2 years of experience looking to build a career in sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products or services.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or products.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with customer details and status.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Follow up on leads and prospects in a timely manner.
- Handle customer objections and provide accurate information to resolve queries.
**Requirements**:
- 0-2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and basic English.
- Confidence, persistence, and a persuasive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and CRM tools.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
