The Telesales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via phone to promote ARC's products and services, handling inquiries, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role also involves generating leads, understanding customer needs, and effectively closing sales to achieve targets, while providing excellent customer service and support. Qualifications - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills - Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales strategies - Experience in Customer Support and relationship management - Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a results-oriented mindset - Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability in a team-oriented setting - Prior telesales experience is preferred but not required - Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English and local languages
