Admin Looks seeks a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to spearhead sales growth in the ERP IT Software Services sector.
We are looking for an accomplished professional who can develop winning strategies and drive business expansion across the entire sales cycle.
Responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and nurturing high-value clients through strategic market forecasting and analysis.
- Conceptualizing and executing plans to meet or exceed quarterly business targets.
- Evaluating key accounts and identifying opportunities for growth and retention.
- Leveraging exceptional negotiation skills to close deals and build strong customer relationships.
To excel in this role, you will require:
- A graduate degree with at least 8+ years of experience in sales and business development within the IT industry.
- Strong analytical and mentoring skills, along with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
