Space & Presentation Role:

This position plays a vital role in creating better store experiences for our guests. By using analytics to optimize space allocation and presentation, we aim to increase sales, improve guest satisfaction, and reduce out-of-stocks. As a Sr Business Partner in Space & Presentation, you will drive the Adjacency and Map-It Process, partner with buying leaders, and coordinate strategy and transition meetings to achieve business strategies and develop timing and actions.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you should have a four-year degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years of work experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to establish and maintain cross-functional working relationships across the enterprise. A background in Merchandising Space is preferred but not required.
