About the Job

  • Identify and pursue potential leads through online research, networking, and cold calling to generate interest in our IT courses and placement services.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process and addressing inquiries or concerns.
  • Understand students' unique needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and solutions that align with their educational goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and maximize admissions, continually evaluating and refining approaches to optimize results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to identify new opportunities for business development and differentiation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring a cohesive lead generation and conversion approach.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads and conversions, and provide regular reports to management on sales performance and pipeline status.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Knowledge in sales or business development and Digital Marketing preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse audiences.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • A self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
