Bar Floor Crew Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Bar Floor Crew member. This role requires the ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior bartenders with tasks such as preparing garnishes, restocking ice, and maintaining the bar station.
  • Ensure the bar and bartender stations are fully stocked with necessary supplies throughout the shift.
  • Prepare garnishes, fresh juices, and other ingredients before and during service.
  • Perform opening and closing duties such as cleaning ice wells, wiping down bar stations, and restocking for the next shift.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of cocktails and spirits.
