Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and style-savvy individual to join our retail team as a Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a warm and inviting experience for customers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales through personalized styling experiences and thorough product knowledge.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver best-in-class customer service by being approachable, knowledgeable, and attentive to customer needs
  • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to effectively communicate features, benefits, and trends to customers
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve corporate mission goals and drive business results
  • Educate customers on products, latest launches, and care instructions to enhance their shopping experience
  • Maintain store appearance and inventory through day-to-day upkeep of visual displays and participation in monthly inventory counts

Requirements:
  • Able to connect with customers in an authentic and warm way
  • Strong verbal communication skills and active listening to deliver on customer needs and work as a team
  • Ability to learn and retain relevant product knowledge to suggest and style for customers
  • Think critically and solve problems in the moment to deliver on customer and business needs effectively
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators including SPH, Conversion, AOV
  • Great attention to detail, highly organized working style, and strong sense of initiative
  • Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods of time
  • History of successfully participating in and contributing to a positive team working environment
