Key Responsibilities
  • Take full ownership of designated floors and drive project deliveries forward.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of pending works on assigned floors and ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate with other floor managers to achieve seamless integration between Mechanical, Electrical, and ELV systems.

As an Assistant Project Lead, your responsibilities will include:

Package Management
  • Develop comprehensive execution plans for assigned MCE packages.
  • Implement rigorous quality control measures specific to ELV and Mechanical or Electrical packages.

Additionally, you will:

Technical Expertise
  • Provide expert guidance on installation, configuration, and optimization of systems within assigned packages.
  • Solve complex technical issues related to specific MCE packages.

You will also be responsible for:

Documentation and Reporting
  • Maintain detailed documentation for assigned packages.
  • Prepare regular reports on package progress, challenges, and solutions.

As a collaborative team player, you will work closely with stakeholders to:

Collaboration and Communication
  • Participate in site walk-throughs with TCMangers and drive deliverables from GCs and MCEs.
  • Closely coordinate with GCs floor managers to plan daily works and track progress.
