Customer Care Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with 1 to 3 years of experience in a voice or chat process for the role of Customer Care Executive at Hindustan Recruitment in New Delhi, Delhi, India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle Incoming Inquiries: Provide prompt, accurate, and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone or email.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Assist customers in resolving issues and complaints in a timely manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, including quality and productivity metrics.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be customer service-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Experience in a voice or chat process is highly desirable, as well as good problem-solving and decision-making abilities. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment is essential. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills are also required.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is up to ₹24,000 per month, based on industry standards and location.
