Key Sales Position

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as Sales Manager - Sourcing.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to drive sales through partner channels and localized sourcing networks.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining active relationships with defined partners, driving project awareness among channel partners, and identifying and activating non-traditional referral sources.

  • Maintain active relationships with defined P0, P1, and Breadth Channel Partners
  • Drive project awareness among CPs via structured training camps, one-on-one briefings, and digital sales kit dissemination
  • Identify and activate non-traditional referral sources including RWAs, societies, clubs, and informal professional hubs
  • Build long-term relationships with micro-market influencers such as society managers, RWA presidents, local bureaucrats, and club administrators
  • Plan and execute community-led activations including kiosk setups, presentation evenings, and curated site visits
  • Capture structured feedback from partners and prospects
  • Deliver sourcing-linked walk-in and lead generation targets
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should have:

  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification
  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in real estate, automotive, or hospitality sales
  • Proven ability to drive sales through partner channels and localized sourcing networks
  • Experience working with structured sales processes and CRM tools
  • Exposure to Tier 1 real estate companies is preferred
