Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to lead our sourcing initiatives. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end sourcing projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in sourcing/procurement, preferably in technology procurement within financial services. Strong expertise in RFPs, contract negotiations, vendor management, and compliance is required. Proven experience in contractual review and redlining, excellent stakeholder management skills, and strong problem-solving, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills are also essential.

We are looking for a leader who can set objectives, coach teams, and drive operational effectiveness. A background in operational/core sourcing teams in technology, regulatory remediation experience (Data Privacy, OCIR, etc.), and familiarity with industry frameworks and governance practices are highly valued.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Lead end-to-end sourcing projects with a focus on value, speed, compliance, and risk management.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, develop RFPs/RFXs, and negotiate with suppliers.
    • Ensure compliance with controls, audits, and regulatory obligations across sourcing cycles.
    • Manage contract remediation including Data Privacy, OCIR, Data Transfer Agreements, and country-specific terms.
    • Negotiate and oversee third-party Supplier Control Obligations (SCOs) and support stakeholders with vendor engagement risks.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and buying channel optimization.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in sourcing/procurement, preferably in technology procurement within financial services.
  • Strong expertise in RFPs, contract negotiations, vendor management, and compliance.
  • Proven experience in contractual review and redlining.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across divisions.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Leadership qualities to set objectives, coach teams, and drive operational effectiveness.

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in operational/core sourcing teams in technology.
  • Regulatory remediation experience (Data Privacy, OCIR, etc.).
