Electronics Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Sourcing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics component sourcing, BOM analysis, and supplier communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze Bills of Materials (BOMs) to generate accurate quotes for prototype and bulk production.
  • Source active and passive components, PCBs, and electronic parts globally.
  • Build and manage vendor relationships; evaluate supplier performance and reliability.
  • Negotiate pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and logistics teams to align procurement with project timelines.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with a deep understanding of electronic component sourcing, global sourcing strategies, and procurement software tools.

As a key member of our team, you will play a strategic role in shaping the sourcing function and contributing to the company's growth and innovation.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of sourcing/procurement experience in an EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) company.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic components, BOM-based quoting, and global sourcing strategies.
  • Familiarity with procurement software tools (ERP or equivalent platforms).
