We are seeking a skilled IT Procurement Manager to fill a key role in our procurement team.

">
  • Manage end-to-end commercial and procurement aspects within all IT categories, including hardware, software, outsourcing services, cloud and SAAS solutions.">
  • Ensure proper spend categorization and compliance with procurement policies and procedures.">
  • Lead and execute strategic/tactical projects, apply sourcing approaches depending on scope and business requirements, and draft detailed statements of work covering performance measures, KPIs/metrics, SLAs, acceptance criteria, commercials, risk/reward provisions, etc.">
  • Manage senior stakeholders and establish relationships to drive effective procurement strategies.">
  • Advise internal business partners on procurement processes, policies, templates, RACI, deal risks, and risk mitigation steps as part of the procurement process or contracting.">
  • Ensure full Procure-to-Contract compliance with all applicable sourcing processes and policies.">
  • Independently execute RFP/RFQ processes for assigned categories, including contract negotiation, vendor selection, and contract awarding.">
  • Define and implement plans aligned with category strategy, decision trees, and playbooks, leveraging appropriate procurement/sourcing tools.">
  • Consolidate supplier bases and pursue alternative sources to ensure uninterrupted supply of services delivered cost-effectively and at a high quality.">
  • Conduct periodic market research for assigned categories, monitoring market trends and supply/demand factors to inform decision-making and meet strategic goals.">
  • Establish regular communications with internal business partners to ensure agreement and adoption of category strategies, ongoing review of activities, and maintenance of strong client service.">
  • Lead proactive contract renewal/expiry reviews and re-source or amend contracts according to internal strategy.">
