We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Leader to spearhead the expansion of our franchise network across designated regions.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional with 6-8 years of experience in business development, franchise operations, or sales. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) and have a proven track record in lead generation, partner onboarding, and target achievement.
- Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the regional manager to identify high-potential cities for Livspace franchise expansion. This involves conducting detailed market research to analyse building material data and identify key growth opportunities.

The Business Development Leader will manage and work closely with assigned team members to collect, analyze, and convert leads from potential areas. This requires providing guidance, training, and support to ensure alignment with Livspace's franchise selection criteria.

- Oversee the implementation of all necessary steps to bring new franchises online and operational within agreed-upon timelines.
Achieve franchise onboarding targets and ensure KPIs are met consistently. Regularly monitor progress and take corrective actions to address any challenges in franchise conversion.
