About this role

We are seeking a dynamic individual to act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to our executive leadership, supporting decision-making, driving cross-functional initiatives, and enabling organizational effectiveness.

This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and culture while fostering innovation and growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic partnering: Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape and execute organizational strategy.
  • Business & financial leadership: Support P&L oversight with analytical rigor and business acumen.
  • Cross-functional alignment: Facilitate collaboration across departments and build trust and influence across senior leaders.
  • Change management & digital transformation: Lead technology-driven initiatives that enhance agility and scalability.
  • Leadership enablement: Prepare executive presentations, communications, and reports for stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in P&L management or strategic projects.
  • Experience in leading teams or driving cross-functional initiatives.
  • Digital native with ability to adapt to and drive technology-enabled change.
  • Strong influencing skills without authority and ability to build trust across senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluency in corporate communication dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Deep business acumen with understanding of growth levers.
