This role requires an experienced and strategic HR leader to drive both the HR Business Partner function and Total Rewards for our organization.
Responsibilities include working closely with business leaders to shape and deliver a people strategy aligned with overall organizational goals, serving as a trusted advisor to senior management on org design, talent planning, leadership development, and workforce strategy.
Key initiatives across engagement, retention, and succession planning will also be led by this individual.
A data-driven approach to compensation and benefits is required for this position.
Total Rewards responsibilities include leading the design, benchmarking, and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies, partnering with external consultants and internal stakeholders on C&B surveys, market benchmarking, and pay parity reviews.
The performance appraisal cycle will be owned and executed by this individual.
Requirements include 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven exposure to both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits, strong experience in partnering with business leaders, preferably in high growth or fast-paced environments, and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
