Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with HR systems, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a seamless onboarding process from documentation to orientation.
  • Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training and induction.
  • Oversee asset allocation and management for new joiners.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of HR policies in alignment with company culture and compliance requirements.
  • Build and standardize HR processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
  • Develop and maintain organizational hierarchy structures ensuring clarity in reporting lines and role responsibilities.
  • Drive the adoption and utilization of Keka HRMS to its full potential across payroll, leave, performance, and reporting modules.
  • Analyze workforce data attrition and engagement trends to inform data-driven HR decision-making.
  • Prepare and lead HR reports for management covering key metrics.
  • Ensure accurate and timely end-to-end payroll management.
  • Maintain statutory compliance with TDS PF ESIC and other labor laws.
  • Monitor adherence to compliance frameworks and regulatory updates.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and employee well-being.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 2+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations payroll and statutory compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS preferably Keka.
  • Excellent communication problem-solving and people management skills.
  • Able to lead policy/process building initiatives and foster innovation in HR practices.
