Network Engineering Leadership Role

This is a high-level technical position with a balance of hands-on and managerial responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience and the ability to provide expert technical guidance, mentorship, and oversight while ensuring compliance with business Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and objectives.

  • Design, implement, and maintain data center networks, L2/L3 technologies, routers, switches, wireless systems, firewalls, load balancers, and other critical infrastructure components.
  • Ensure high availability, flexibility, and network performance while maintaining SLA standards.
  • Develop, review, and update comprehensive infrastructure documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with clients and team members to address day-to-day changes, incidents, and requests.
  • Supervise a team of Network Engineers, providing technical expertise and direction as needed.
  • Evaluate team members' performance regularly and offer constructive feedback to both the team and HR.
  • Analyze key performance metrics and trends to identify risks, assess business impact, and recommend strategic solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals and presentations for cloud network infrastructure initiatives.
  • Lead or participate in technical validation activities, including Proof of Concept exercises.
