Job Title: Experienced Precast Project Director

We are seeking an accomplished Precast Project Director to oversee the execution of multiple Precast Projects across India.

This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Construction Methods and Planning for Precast Construction, as well as a proven track record in managing complex projects.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to accelerate project delivery, improve productivity, and enhance quality and safety standards.
  • BUILD a robust network of execution resources, including precast vendors, mould manufacturers, accessory suppliers, and modern machinery agencies.
  • Mobilize and align execution workforce for production, installation, structural finishing, prestressing/post tensioning to rapidly establish and continually improve precast set-ups.
  • Support the development of overall capacity utilization of Precast related resources, such as factories, workforce, moulds, and plant and machinery.
  • Lead a team of Production and Installation Engineers, as well as flying squads deployed to various sites based on project needs.

This is a key leadership role that demands a strong understanding of the Precast industry, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive results-oriented teams.
