System administrators are responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure. This includes deploying DDI solutions to ensure accurate routing of data packets across multiple networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot technical issues independently with proven ability
  • Assist customers via phone and ticketing systems with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other Layer 2/3 networking concepts
  • Exhibit a customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on service excellence
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent hands-on experience
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a Technical Support role
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies
  • Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on service excellence
