Job Overview

    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to hire exceptional talent across various functions
    • Collaborate with leadership to forecast and fulfill staffing needs

  • People & Culture:
    • Cultivate a creative, inclusive, and high-trust work environment
    • Plan and execute employee engagement programs, team-building events, and wellness initiatives
    • Design onboarding experiences that reflect our company values
  • Performance & Growth:
    • Define KRAs, review cycles, and learning goals for all departments
    • Drive performance appraisals, goal-setting, and leadership development initiatives
    • Recommend training programs and upskilling opportunities for our teams
  • Compliance & HR Operations:
    • Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
    • Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leaves, and employee records
    • Handle conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions with empathy and professionalism

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of HR experience
  • Strong understanding of modern HR practices and labor laws in India
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, empathetic, and culturally sensitive
