HR Leader Job Description

The key responsibilities for this HR role include developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives. Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a multinational organization.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices, with the ability to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
