Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

As a key member of the HR team, you will play a pivotal role in hiring top technology and product talent. This position requires deep expertise in recruitment analytics, hiring dashboards, and strategic talent acquisition within a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for technology and product roles, ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both internal and external candidates.
  • Build and execute strategic hiring plans to attract top-tier talent in engineering, product management, and leadership functions.
  • Develop and manage recruitment dashboards and analytics to track key hiring metrics and drive continuous improvements.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand talent needs and build a proactive talent pipeline.
  • Leverage data-driven recruitment insights to optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-hire.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) experience, ideally with corporate recruiting environment with full life cycle recruiting experience.
  • Excellent business partnering skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed recommendations.
  • Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
